The hotel has a great location close to The Rocks and fantastic restaurants. The rooms are clean and have lovely modern bathrooms, but they do have a musty smell. The service is always friendly, with quick solutions to problems, but there were instances of groups being turned away from drinks after an event. The dining experience has some shortcomings, with issues like insufficient food and early closure of the bar. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money with excellent central positioning.
